North Coast Village consists of 550 privately owned condominiums and is located next to the Oceanside
Harbor, along a beautiful sandy beach that has great
surfing, swimming, volleyball, and firepits for evening
camp fires. The Harbor also houses various restaurants,
cafes and shops
Inside North Coast Village, there are two swimming
pools, two Jacuzzi spas, a fitness room (treadmills,
free weights, etc.) with men’s and women’s saunas.
There are also gas barbecues in certain areas and
recreation rooms with pool tables and ping pong
tables. The complex has gated entrances, covered
parking and 24 hour security.
