- A $500 refundable security deposit and $125 cleaning charge are required at the time of booking.
- The security deposit is refundable after inspection of the Unit in accordance with the rental agreement.
- Balance of the full rental amount is due 60 days before check-in.
- An 11.5% Oceanside city tax is charged for stays of 30 days or less and is in addition to the stated rental rate & cleaning charge. A 1.5% city tax is charged on the first 30 days of a stay that is in excess of 30 days.
- Check-in and parking information is provided upon receipt of the signed rental agreement.
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time 10:00 a.m.
